Custodial / Maintenance Worker (2 full-time positions)
Van Wert City Schools seeks applicants for two full-time custodial / maintenance positions. One of the positions is geared more towards maintenance. If you have a preference of the two positions, please note that in your cover letter.

Alternative High School English Teacher Job Description
Full-time Bus Driver (two openings)
Van Wert City Schools is hiring full-time bus drivers (two openings) to start in the 2024-2025 school year.
- Training - all new bus drivers are trained in the classroom and by our qualified on-board instructor to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and related endorsements. Drug & alcohol testing is required. The district pays upfront for the classroom training, on-board training, and drug & alcohol testing. Drivers pay upfront for their permit, CDL packet, license, and FBI & BCI background checks. Upon successful completion of 10 hours of driving for the district, these costs will be reimbursed to the driver.
- Full-time bus drivers are eligible for a benefits package. Salary is competitive, based on a salary schedule and commensurate with experience.
